General Information
In order to play in the CCHL, you must be invited by a member and approved by Jeff Corey, the league commissioner. The summer season will have four teams, max of 60 players, 15 players per side including the goaltender. The winter season will have four teams, max of 60 players, 15 players per side including the goaltender.
The summer season will play 14 regular season games + playoff games. Each playoff game is single game elimination. The winter season will play 20 regular season games + playoff games. Each playoff series will be best of three.
Each player is required to register with USA hockey and pay in full to secure a roster spot. Membership dues must be paid prior to the start of the season. If a player pays in full and registers for the CCHL but has not registered with USA hockey, the player will not be able to play until such action is completed.
The commissioner, along with each captain, will discuss players and teams with the ultimate goal of having parity in the league. Our mission is to have any team win on any given night and to make this league as exciting and competitive as possible.
All games will be played at the Wilmington Skating Club or Ice Works in Aston on Monday/Thursday evenings unless otherwise specified.
